About Wire Asset Maintenance

Wire Asset Maintenance grew from an electrical and practical property-maintenance background into a broader maintenance service for landlords, managing agents and property operators across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas.

Practical experience

WAM is led by Chris, a landlord and property operator as well as an electrical and maintenance contractor. He was hands-on throughout the refurbishment of this Bristol property — managing the wider project, carrying out works directly and coordinating others where required — and continues to manage the property today.

That experience shapes how WAM approaches maintenance: not only from the perspective of the person carrying out the work, but from the person responsible for the property, its occupants, its costs and what happens when something goes wrong.

What this looks like in practice
  • Practical experience

Work carried out and coordinated on the basis of what a property actually needs, not a fixed script.

  • Accountability

One contact coordinating the job from report through to resolution.

  • Straightforward communication

    Clear updates, without chasing.

  • Professional systems

Every visit is logged and recorded against the property, with photographs where relevant, creating a clear maintenance history over time.

  • Property understanding

Decisions made with an owner's perspective on cost, disruption and priority — not just a contractor's.

Your property, our worry.
